Some questions if you're having any thoughts:

What comes in each month’s envelope?

I do not want to limit the snail mail to only these things, but this is what mostly will be in the envelopes every month!

  • One print (could be up to 5x7 in size, and any kind of shape or an interactive print like a photo strip)

  • One 7x11 letter or design

  • One sticker

  • A trinket and/or an extra paper good (depending on space + theme)

When do you ship each month + what's the window to subscribe?

Each month has its own subscription window: You must subscribe between the 16th of the previous month and the 15th of the current month to receive that month’s mail.

Example: Subscribe anytime from Dec 16 to Jan 15 → You will receive January mail. Subscribe from Jan 16 to Feb 15 → You will receive February mail. Etc.

I'll do my best to ship out mail as soon as I can. Please remember this is all made and packed by one person and shipping does take time + it is untracked. Give it 2-3 weeks to deliver after I've shipped it. 

When will I be charged?

You’ll be charged on the day you sign up, and then automatically every month on that same date unless you pause or cancel.

Can I subscribe for just one month?

Yes! You can subscribe and then cancel after you receive your month’s package. No fees, no stress.

Can I cancel my subscription, change my address or anything else?

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, I only ship within the U.S., but international shipping coming soon!

Will I see previews of the monthly designs?

Yes! I share theme hints, color palettes, and sneak peeks throughout each month on social media. Follow our social media to stay updated @chavasheartclub

Can I get previous months’ mail?

Snail Mail is limited and handmade, so once a month’s designs are gone, they’re gone! Occasionally I might restock extras if I have leftovers.

What if my mail arrives damaged or missing?

Email me with your order number and photos and I’ll make sure you’re taken care of. You have till that month to email proof.

How is everything packaged?

Each month is mailed in a protective mailer envelope with a plastic sleeve so nothing gets damaged or wet. Packaged with extra care so your prints and goods arrive safely and flat.

Why is the mailing size limited to 7 inches?

Everything is designed to fit inside a 7” envelope so shipping stays affordable and your pieces arrive clean, flat, and secure. Every U.S. stamp has a limit of 1 OZ, and trust I will make sure i pack every mail to the full amount! :)
